Introductory Consultation

This 2-hour meeting introduces the (11/12) student to the college search and application process. Consultant reviews academic records, extracurriculars, and other college qualifications, and provides advice on course selection, testing, college visits, financial aid, and strategy for college applications. Includes a list of Suggested Colleges tailored to student preferences.

*This can be a stand-alone meeting or serve as the first meeting in the Comprehensive or DIY Program.

The Comprehensive Program

An ideal program for students who would like complete guidance throughout the entire process of selecting and applying to colleges. Includes up to 20 meetings.

The consultant will take the lead, so the student knows exactly what to do each step of the way. Designed to keep the student organized, minimize stress, and improve the quality of applications. This program is great for busy families who want to be confident that a professional is overseeing the whole process (and doing the nagging!)

The DIY Program

Designed for students who are more confident in their college process, this program provides expert guidance on college applications, while targeting areas where help is most needed. Includes 6 meetings.

Designed for a student who is able to work more independently, the DIY Program provides expert guidance while targeting areas where help is most needed. The consultant will provide structure and expertise to support a student who is organized and deadline-oriented but benefits from regular check-ins. Students receive 15-20 hours of consultant time, plus lots of helpful materials. Additional meetings or essay review can be added at our hourly rate.

FOR FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORES:

Introductory Consultation

This 1-hour meeting introduces the (9/10) student to college planning. Consultant reviews academic records, extracurriculars, and other college qualifications, and provides advice on course selection, extracurriculars and other topics related to college planning.

*Following the Consultation, college consultants work with Freshmen and Sophomores on an hourly basis only.
